Terrigal Medical Centre and Avoca Beach Medical Centre welcomes back Dr Andrew Conroy. Dr Conroy is available for appointments at either Terrigal or Avoca Beach.
If you have attended the practice before you will be able make your appointment online. If you are a new patient to the practice please make your first appointment with Dr Conroy by telephone, subsequent appointments can be made on line.
Your COVID-19 Digital Certificate shows your COVID-19 immunisation details recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register.
It will become available once you have received ALL required doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved for use in Australia.
This certificate can be accessed through the Express Plus Medicare app or online through myGov - where a Medicare and myGov account is linked.

In addition, we will need to know if you have been in close contact with a patient with confirmed COVID-19.
