All childhood immunisations must be booked by calling the practice on (02) 4385 3150.
Childhood immunisations are unable to book online as a nurse booking is also required.

Monday evening appointments are now available to book online with appointments starting from 3rd August.

COVID-19 Digital Certificate

Your COVID-19 Digital Certificate shows your COVID-19 immunisation details recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register.

It will become available once you have received ALL required doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved for use in Australia.

This certificate can be accessed through the Express Plus Medicare app or online through myGov - where a Medicare and myGov account is linked.
