We have now doubled the size of the Avoca Beach Medical Centre and the renovation looks fantastic. Best of all we now have a new treatment room and a nurse working full time.

Your COVID-19 Digital Certificate shows your COVID-19 immunisation details recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register.
It will become available once you have received ALL required doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved for use in Australia.
This certificate can be accessed through the Express Plus Medicare app or online through myGov - where a Medicare and myGov account is linked.

In addition, we will need to know if you have been in close contact with a patient with confirmed COVID-19.
