Appointments:

We are an appointment-based practice and it is essential to book an appointment for all consultations.

Please make all appointments by telephoning the above numbers. We do ask that you notify our staff, when phoning, if your situation is of an important or urgent matter so that we can attend to you as quickly as possible.

Weekends

Appointments are not required on weekends and public holidays.   Our doctors share the weekend roster, with two doctors working on Saturday mornings, and one doctor covering Saturday afternoons, Sundays and public holidays.

Non-Standard Consultations

Longer consultations are available on request. If you need a long appointment for more complex reasons please advise the receptionist at the time of making your appointment.

Home visits can be arranged between individual Doctors and their patients where appropriate. If you require a home visit, please advise the receptionist as early as possible.

Emergencies

Urgent and emergency cases (including sick children) will be attended to as soon as possible.

Cancellations

Please be sure to call and cancel your appointment if you can’t attend, as this will free up your appointment for somebody else.
